교수님 소개 introdution

한학수 교수님은 1985년에 연세대학교 화공생명공학과를 졸업하시고, 1993년 콜롬비아 대학에서 석사학위와 박사 학위를 받으셨다. 1990년부터 1993년 까지는 IBM 사의 Memory and Packaging 부서와 뉴욕의 T.J. Watson Research Center and General Technology Division에서 각각 연구원으로 근무하셨다. 1993년에 Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute(ETRI) 의 반도체 IC Packaging 분야의 수석 연구원으로 근무하시다가 1995년에 연세대 화학공하과 교수로 부임하셨다. 박사학위 논문은 극소 장치를 위한 감광성/비감광성 고분자 박막의 특성과 합성 , 그리고 공정 개발에 대한 것이다. 지난 4년간은 Multilayer, Multichip Module(MCM), 그리고 반도체 직접기술을 위한 중간회로 제작 분야의 연구였다.그리고 초고속 board-band 장치를 위한 2.5 Gbps/10Gbps Laser Diode(LD)의 속도를 향상시키기 위한 고분자 박막필름을 이용한 공정기술을 개발했으며, 특별히 초고속 board-band 장치와 10 Gbps Laser Diode(LD) submodule의 board-band 수행을 위해 사용되었던 전통적인 wire bonding 대신 작은 snewer bump들을 이용한 Flip-Chip 내부연결기술을 성공적으로 개발했다.
